From the moment you cross the threshold, the atmosphere wraps around you — the soft glow of bespoke chandeliers, the precise movement of our team, the discreet energy of a truly exclusive venue. Every detail has been considered so that your focus remains entirely on the experience.
Our entertainment floor is open exclusively to registered hotel guests and members aged 18 years and above. Photo ID is required upon registration. Smart-casual to formal dress code applies throughout.

Membership & Entry
Joining Our World
Entry to our members' floor is available to all hotel guests and to registered members. Membership is complimentary and may be completed at the Members' Reception on the evening of your visit, or in advance by contacting our team.
Entry requirements:
- Proof of age (18+) — passport, driving licence, or national ID
- Smart casual to formal dress code applies at all times
- Hotel guests are automatically entitled to members' floor access
- Members may bring up to two guests per visit
Practical Information
Plan Your Evening
Opening Hours
Our members' floor opens at 6:00pm daily and operates until 4:00am. The Members' Bar opens at 5:00pm. Last entry is 2:00am.
Dress Code
Smart casual to formal attire is required throughout our members' floor. Our team reserves the right to decline entry to guests not meeting the dress standard.
Private Hire
Our members' floor is available for exclusive private hire for corporate events, celebrations, and special occasions. Contact our events team for bespoke packages.
