At UK Resort Hotels, all our entertainment facilities are operated in full compliance with applicable UK legislation and regulatory requirements. We are committed to the following principles:

• Gaming is a form of adult leisure and entertainment — not a means of generating income
• All guests must be 18 years of age or older to access our members' entertainment floor
• We will not knowingly serve or admit any individual under the age of 18
• We support guests who wish to set personal limits or self-exclude
• Our team is trained to identify and assist those who may be experiencing difficulties

Age Verification

Valid photographic ID is required upon registration at our members' entertainment floor. Acceptable forms of ID include:

• Valid UK or international passport
• UK driving licence (full or provisional, with photograph)
• National identity card issued by an EU/EEA country
• PASS-accredited proof of age card

We operate a strict "Challenge 25" policy. Any member of our team may ask for ID at any time. We reserve the right to refuse admission or service to any individual who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age.

Playing Within Your Means

We strongly encourage all guests who choose to use our gaming facilities to consider the following guidance:

• Decide on a budget before you begin and stick to it
• Never pursue losses — accept that losses are part of the entertainment cost
• Set a time limit for your gaming session
• Do not use gaming as a means to resolve financial difficulties
• Avoid gaming when emotionally distressed, tired, or under the influence of alcohol
• Take regular breaks and step away when you feel it is right to do so

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that you would benefit from excluding yourself from our gaming facilities, our team can assist you in registering a self-exclusion arrangement. Self-exclusion requests can be made in person at the Members' Reception or by contacting us at supp@ukresorthotels.com. Self-exclusion arrangements are taken seriously and will be honoured.
